These terms cover your purchase and use of 100 High-Protein Fakeaways and this website. Buying the book means accepting them. Last updated July 2026.

What you're buying
A digital book — one PDF of approximately 120 pages, delivered as a download link by email immediately after payment. Nothing physical ships. You'll need a device capable of opening a PDF.
What you can do with it
The book is licensed to you for personal use. You may read it on as many of your own devices as you like, and print pages for your own kitchen.
You may not resell it, share the file or the download link publicly, upload it to file-sharing services, or reproduce substantial parts of it commercially. Cooking a recipe for friends, family or a dinner party is fine and always will be — that's what it's for. Republishing the text is not.
Copyright in the book, its text, photography and design remains with Ondale Ltd.
Free updates
Buy the book once and every future edition is yours free, sent to the email address you purchased with. We intend to keep that promise indefinitely. If we ever couldn't, we'd tell existing buyers rather than quietly stopping.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but never retrospectively — what you paid is what you paid. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated.
Refunds
Covered in full in our refund policy. Short version: 30 days, cook one recipe, full refund if it doesn't hold up, you keep the book.
This is a cookbook, not advice
Nutritional values and costs are careful good-faith estimates, calculated as described on our "how we count" page. They will vary with brands, portions and where you shop. Nothing in the book is medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have a specific health condition, allergy or dietary requirement, speak to a professional who knows your situation.
Cook meat and fish through properly — the recipes tell you how. You're responsible for food safety in your own kitchen.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and download links working continuously but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If a link fails, email us and we'll sort it.
Liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any of your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
