The things people usually need

Your download link has not arrived. Check the junk folder first — that is where it is about nine times in ten. If it genuinely is not there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it. The link is permanent, so you can re-download the book any time.

You want a refund. Cook one recipe. If it does not hold up, email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full, and you keep the book. You do not need to justify yourself or send photographs. Full detail on the refund policy page.

You think one of our numbers is wrong. Please tell us. Include the recipe number and what you think is off. If you are right it gets corrected in the next edition, which is free to you — every edition is, once you have bought the book once.

You want a takeaway we have not covered. Send it. The next edition is built from what people ask for.

Press, wholesale or anything commercial. Same address, and put it in the subject line so it gets to the right place quickly.
